Mandy is a founding Partner for Creative Interventions and has over 20 years experience in both Human Resource Management and Development roles in the private, public and voluntary sectors. Nearly 17 years have been spent in the NHS spanning the Acute and Primary Care sector.

She has also been a partner in her own Wedding Car Hire business supplying vintage and modern wedding cars and chauffeur packages, and was the only female chauffeuse in Lincolnshire.

Mandy has postgraduate qualifications in Organisational Systems and is currently completing a Masters Degree in Training and Performance Management with the University of Leicester. Her training as a Life Coach will be completed in 2008, when she will also become a registered Mediator with ACAS. Mandy is qualified to deliver a range of personal analysis instruments including Personal Profile Assessment, 360’ Feedback and Emotional Intelligence (Thomas International) and the Aston Team Profile Inventory. She is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a Trustee for Relate.

Mandy lives in Lincolnshire with her family and enjoys the amazing skies of Lincolnshire, Family Life and Fine Wine.

DONNA WILLIS

Donna is an Occupational Psychologist with a 20 year HR learning and development career. Donna founded her own independent consultancy in 1998 and has undertaken consultancy work for private, public and not-for-profit organisations. More recently, her work has been within the investment banking and utilities and creative industries.

She has written a book about Training Techniques for Spiro Press and has published journal articles.

Donna holds a BSc in Psychology from the Open University and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmith’s College. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holds Level A and B qualifications in occupational testing, an NLP Practitioner and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.

Donna lives in Kingston and is Mum to four children, including twins and enjoys dinghy sailing.
