AWAY DAYS & TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES
Several clients have asked us to facilitate team building events at all levels of the organisation, often using psychometric tools such as MBTI, Firo Element B, Belbin, PPA or the Aston Team Inventory.
We meet with you and the team before the event to understand your needs and required outcomes. Then we agree the programme for the day including finding a suitable venue. Afterwards we provide a full evaluation of the event.
