What is it?
It’s difficult to describe exactly what you will get out of a 'Creative Leaders' programme. The experience goes far beyond the content.
Previous delegates describe the experience as “life changing”. We don’t set out to change people’s lives but we acknowledge that the insights, experiences and exercises are boost and sustain long-lasting change in how people lead others. This brings about enormous benefits for them individually, for colleagues and the organisation.
Our mantra remains the same “to maximise potential in people, you need to know yourself first”. That’s our starting point. And then we extend this to where you want to bring about change in your leadership style, either personally, in your team or organisation.
The programme is endorsed and recognised by the ‘Institute of Leadership and Management’ as meeting its stringent quality standards and suitable for the professional environment.
Day One
• Perceiving your leadership and communication preferences using Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ®).
Day Two
• Recognising your preferred conflict style through Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Inventory (TKI ®).
• Applying Appreciative Inquiry to vision your future.
Day Three (3 months later)
• Reviewing your Personal Development Objectives
• Discovering emotionally intelligent leadership using Step II MBTI ®
When is it happening?
We use the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of Farnham Castle in Farnham, Surrey. Farnham is near the A3, M3 and M25 and is also served by good train access from Waterloo. A residential option is available on request.
